Maggie Huether
Maggie is a forward-thinking leader deeply devoted to enhancing social determinants, healthcare access, and maternal health, all while actively striving to narrow health disparities. She upholds the belief that every individual, regardless of their socio-economic background, should have access to quality healthcare. With a wealth of experience in healthcare technology, her dedication to improving the well-being of underserved communities remains resolute. Her primary emphasis lies in enhancing healthcare access for maternal health and advocating for health equity across various contexts. Her capacity to forge partnerships with industry leaders underscores her steadfast commitment to advancing maternal health and tackling the pressing issues surrounding Social Determinants of Health.

Traci Quillen
Traci is a dedicated advocate for equitable and accessible healthcare, driven by her profound passion and extensive experience in the field. Her personal experience of three high-risk pregnancies, as well as her unique perspective on the critical need for healthcare based on being raised in a state with a significant rural population fuels her passion to improve women’s healthcare access and support Traci firmly believes that healthcare should meet patients exactly where they are, regardless of their geographic location or socioeconomic status. Her commitment to this vision has made her a respected leader in the field and a driving force in the ongoing efforts to ensure that healthcare is a right accessible to all, not a privilege reserved for a few.

Jharna Bennett
Jharna is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to patients and their families. Her extensive background in care coordination, project management, hospital settings, and insurance has honed her skills in managing diverse populations and complex cases. In her current role as a Clinical Program Designer, Jharna is instrumental in developing and implementing innovative clinical programs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in patient care delivery. Jharna's passion for quality care and her comprehensive experience make her a valuable asset in her current role, where she continues to drive improvements in clinical program design and patient outcomes.

Dr. Kathryn Nemann Hale
Dr. Kathryn Nemann Hale is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer. Katie specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, and is currently studying to become a Certified Labor Doula. She is a dedicated women's health specialist and advocate. ​Katie earned her bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati, while also competing as a varsity swimmer. As a perinatal practitioner, Katie utilizes her expertise in integrative nutrition and pelvic health to guide her clients on their healing journeys.

Clinical Advisor
Rachel Sheehan
Rachel is the Director of Women’s and Newborn Services at Universal Health Services (UHS) in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, overseeing 20 hospitals across six states and the District of Columbia, caring for 30,000 birthing families. In her role, Rachel develops clinical, quality, and operational agendas, providing support for perinatal and neonatal services. Since joining UHS in 2019, she has significantly reduced maternal mortality during hospital admissions, decreasing rates from 17.3 to 6.9 per 100,000 births. A board-certified nursing informatics and obstetrical/neonatal quality and safety expert, brings over 30 years of experience to her role, having worked in various capacities, including staff nurse, educator, and clinical informaticist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with an Education focus. Rachel is dedicated to improving perinatal and neonatal care and has received the 2022 March of Dimes Excellence in Perinatal Leadership award.

Dr. Shannan Swafford
Dr. Shannan Swafford is a distinguished healthcare leader, author, and educator with a wealth of experience in operationalizing healthcare solutions and addressing Social Determinants of Health. Holding a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Dr. Swafford is also certified as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), a Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA), and a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). ​With an impressive career dedicated to improving healthcare delivery, Dr. Swafford has become a leading authority on integrating SDoH program needs into healthcare operations. Her work focuses on enhancing data interoperability, forming strategic partnerships with non-healthcare stakeholders, and developing innovative strategies to address the social factors that influence health outcomes. ​Dr. Swafford's extensive background in the healthcare industry includes designing and implementing SDoH programs, lobbying for meaningful health policies, and creating frameworks for effective reimbursement models. She is a passionate advocate for the critical role that SDoH play in achieving equitable and sustainable healthcare.
Technology Advisor
Steve Bowler
Steve has over 20 years in product and program management for early-stage technology companies ranging across, Product Lifecycle Management, Online Education, eCommerce, Big Data Analytics and Digital Telehealth. In digital telehealth Steve assembled a global team to create an early remote patient monitoring platform (PaaS) to serve Medicare-eligible seniors with chronic illnesses. It included mobile apps with remote Bluetooth sensors and triggered reminders and alerts to keep patients healthy. Steve was the lead Agile Coach at a major payer on their Big Data Analytics Platform and digital properties where he trained all their product managers and implemented Agile Sprint/Scrum continuous improvement processes. Steve has certifications in Agile Development, Six Sigma, Artificial Intelligence and LLM’s, and Blockchain/Cryptocurrency. ​Steve's extensive experience and visionary leadership make him an invaluable asset to our team.
