Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant at FemBridge, you will focus exclusively on our innovative maternal support solutions. With no micromanagement, we expect you to be proactive in hustling and selling, understanding your job responsibilities and the solutions you are representing. Your role will involve growing the FemBridge client base within the assigned territory.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Out of the Box Thinker: Bring creativity and innovation to your sales approach.

  • Process-Oriented: Demonstrate the ability to consistently learn and teach yourself new consulting processes and approaches.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Capable of managing and owning a sales cycle for continual progress to a closed opportunity.

  • Lead Generation: Take ownership of finding and converting leads.

  • Industry Experience: 5 years of experience in hospital, provider, payor, or broker sales.  Experience in Women’s health is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in various Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

  • Client Network: Possess an existing rolodex of clients that could benefit from the FemBridge solution.

  • Passion for Change: Immense passion for making a meaningful impact in the field of maternal care.

Clinical Coach - Women's Maternal Health

Job Title: Clinical Coach - Women's Maternal Health 

Location: Virtual/Remote


Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)

and resources. Our clinical coaching team is dedicated to empowering women through education,
guidance, and compassionate care, from preconception to postpartum.


Position Overview: FemBridge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Coach with a background in
women's maternal health to join our team. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients
virtually, ensuring adherence to physician care plans, providing education, and conducting symptom
assessments. This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role, offering a unique
opportunity to contribute to the well-being of women through every stage in the journey to
motherhood.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual visits with assigned patients, guiding them through their reproductive health

journey from preconception to postpartum, building a trusting relationship allowing for open
and honest dialogue.

  • Collaborate with the patients assigned physicians to drive compliance with care plans and

provide ongoing support to patients.

  • Deliver sessions on various aspects of maternal health from nutrition, condition specific

education, and support from preconception through postpartum.

  • Perform thorough symptom assessments and address patient concerns in a timely and

empathetic manner.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with

privacy regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an RN (Registered Nurse) certification.

  • Proven experience in women's health, with a strong background in clinical coaching or patient

education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients in a virtual

setting.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
