Who You'll Work With:
Dr. Katie Nemann Hale

Dr. Katie Nemann Hale is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy and a passionate advocate for women's health. With expertise as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer, she specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Currently, Katie is furthering her commitment to women's wellness by studying to become a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. Her holistic approach combines her diverse skill set to empower women on their health journeys, fostering strength and resilience throughout various life stages.

How It Works

Virtual
Follow-Up Sessions

As your pregnancy progresses, you’ll have regular one-on-one virtual sessions to track your progress and adjust the program as needed. Each session will build on your current strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Educational Resources
& Exercises

Throughout the program, you’ll receive access to educational handouts, exercise templates, and videos tailored to your needs. These materials will help you understand your body’s changes and how to best prepare for birth.

Ongoing Support
Until Birth

The program continues until you’re ready for delivery, offering consistent guidance and adjustments. You’ll feel supported and empowered as you approach your birth date, equipped with the tools and strength for a smoother labor experience.

Post-Birth
Transition Planning

In your final session, we’ll discuss next steps for postpartum recovery and provide tips to maintain strength and flexibility. You’ll leave with confidence and a plan to help you transition into the postpartum phase.

Program Creation

Based on your consultation, I’ll design a custom program tailored to your specific needs, focusing on safe mobility, pelvic floor preparation, and core strengthening to support your pregnancy and birth process.

After purchasing the package, you’ll begin with a virtual "Get to Know You" session. Here, we’ll discuss your current health, any pregnancy concerns, and set personalized goals for your birth plan.
