Navigating menopause can feel overwhelming, but with the FemBridge Menopause Support Package, you don’t have to go through it alone. Led by Dr. Hale, this program guides you through perimenopause and menopause with personalized exercise, education, and support to make this transition smoother.
You’ll start with a “get to know you” session to identify goals and current concerns. From there, you’ll receive a custom wellness plan, complete with exercises to improve core and pelvic floor strength, mobility, and overall conditioning.
With regular follow-up sessions, educational handouts, and exclusive resources, this program empowers you to take control of your health—helping you feel confident, supported, and resilient at every stage of menopause.
Who You'll Work With:
Dr. Katie Nemann Hale
Dr. Katie Nemann Hale is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy and a passionate advocate for women's health. With expertise as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer, she specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Currently, Katie is furthering her commitment to women's wellness by studying to become a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. Her holistic approach combines her diverse skill set to empower women on their health journeys, fostering strength and resilience throughout various life stages.

One-on-One Support
As you progress, we integrate breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help manage pregnancy-related stress and prepare you for pain relief during labor.
Access to
Educational Tools
After childbirth, we’ll reassess your needs during a postpartum consultation, creating a personalized plan to aid in pelvic floor and core recovery, whether you've had a vaginal delivery or a C-section.
Long-Term Maintenance
A gentle recovery plan designed to aid in healing during the early weeks after delivery, focusing on mobility, pain reduction, and gradual strength building. You'll have support from day one!
