The Postpartum Recovery Package provides personalized support to help new mothers regain strength, mobility, and overall wellness after childbirth. Tailored for both vaginal and C-section recovery, this program offers research-backed exercises and rehabilitation tools, designed by a certified professional with expertise in Pilates and postpartum fitness.
The package evolves through recovery phases to meet individual needs, guiding clients from early recovery (0-6 weeks) through to achieving their fitness goals.
Who You'll Work With:
Dr. Katie Nemann Hale
Dr. Katie Nemann Hale is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy and a passionate advocate for women's health. With expertise as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer, she specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Currently, Katie is furthering her commitment to women's wellness by studying to become a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. Her holistic approach combines her diverse skill set to empower women on their health journeys, fostering strength and resilience throughout various life stages.
How It Works
Personalized Recovery Plan Creation
Based on our conversation, I’ll create a tailored recovery plan that’s just for you, focusing on your unique goals, progress, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll decide on the best approach to help you feel strong and supported.
Early Recovery
(Weeks 0-6)
In these first few weeks, we’ll focus on gentle, safe exercises that promote healing, restore mobility, and gradually build strength. I’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable.
Mid-Recovery
(Weeks 6-12)
Once you're medically cleared, we’ll progress to more intensive exercises, continuing to strengthen your body while being mindful of your recovery. This stage is all about building resilience and helping you feel more like yourself again.
Full Body Strength Building
As we move forward, we’ll work on your full-body strength, endurance, and mobility, setting personalized fitness goals that fit your life. This is where you’ll see significant progress, and I’ll be there to support you all the way.
Initial Assessment
We’ll carefully review how you’re feeling, address any specific postpartum needs, and go over areas like pelvic floor and core recovery. We’ll work together to map out what will be most helpful for your healing journey.
Initial Consultation
& Goal Setting
During this first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and chat about where you feel you’re at in your postpartum recovery. It’s a relaxed, friendly conversation designed to kick things off at your pace.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Throughout the program, I’ll provide ongoing, one-on-one coaching to track your progress, answer your questions, and make adjustments to your plan as needed. We’re in this together, and I’ll be here to help you reach your goals.
Completion & Goal Achievement
Once you’ve completed the program, we’ll celebrate your hard work and accomplishments! You’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on your next set of goals, knowing you’ve achieved so much in your recovery.
